If you are planning on staying the week (or a few extra days) and making a vacation out of this trip, we recommend a house rental for the week, either on the 4x4 beach or nearby in northern Corolla, NC (Whalehead subdivision/neighborhood and north). Other northern sections still in the town of Corolla are Ocean Hill, Corolla Village, Corolla Light. There are also VRBO & Airbnb rental options in the area.
