For those who are planning travel arrangements, we recommend flying into Providence (TF Green) or Boston (Logan) airports.
Providence is not a public transportation friendly city. We recommend renting a car, or planning to walk long distances or Uber.
If you do rent a car, we are less than an hour from the Boston Logan Airport, and 15 minutes from Providence TF Green Airport.
Keep in mind that it’s a holiday weekend, with many graduations taking place in the Providence and New England areas. We recommend staying outside of providence to avoid increase hotel rates. Our favorite places to stay are in the Newport Area, near Narragansett, and in the East Bay of Rhode Island.
