Parking & Safety: For those choosing to drive, there is a large on-site parking lot at the venue with ample space for all guests. Your safety is our priority. If you find you’ve celebrated a bit too much, you are welcome to leave your car overnight at the venue. Please drive safely and look out for one another! Transportation: We have chartered shuttle service to ensure everyone gets to and from the party safely. Please note that Hotel 1620 is the exclusive pickup and drop-off location for this service. Schedule: To the Reception: The shuttle departs from Hotel 1620 promptly at 5:30 PM. Early Return: The first return shuttle will depart the venue at 10:30 PM. End of Night: The final shuttle will depart at the conclusion of the reception at 12:00 AM. A Quick Note for the Ride: To ensure a safe trip for everyone, the consumption of alcohol, tobacco products, or controlled substances is strictly prohibited on the shuttle buses.
