Courtyard by Marriott York

Our room block is filled, but there are still some rooms available at the hotel. We will also be providing transportation from the hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony (Departing at 3:20pm), as well as transportation back to the hotel at the end of the night. Check-in at 3pm and check-out is at 12pm. You may request early check-in, which is on a first come first serve basis. We recommend calling the morning of arrival if you would like early check-in.

This room block is valid until 8/9/2022, so please book ahead of time. This hotel is directly next to the Courtyard Marriott where the shuttle will pick up/drop off. If you are staying here, please walk next door to catch the shuttle (departing at 3:20pm). Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 12pm. You may request early check-in, which is on a first come first serve basis. If you arrive early to catch the shuttle to the venue and your room is not yet available, the hotel can hold any belongings in the back office until we return from the wedding.

For our guests coming in from further distances, welcome! We are so excited to have you come celebrate with us. The closest major airport will be Harrisburg International Airport, about 40 minutes from downtown York, PA.

Baltimore/Washington International Airport

Due to the limited airlines that fly into Harrisburg, we believe that Baltimore/Washington lnternational Thurgood Marshall Airport is also a fantastic option for flights. BWI is larger in size, has more flight options, and is about one hour from our venue.
