✈️ Travel Getting There Fly into Key West International Airport (EYW) – Closest and easiest option. Fly into Miami International Airport (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and drive down – About 3.5–4 hours with scenic ocean views. Key West Express Ferry – Available from Fort Myers Beach or Marco Island for a fun, scenic arrival. Getting Around No rental car needed – Parking is limited and expensive. Uber & Lyft are easy and reliable. Bike rentals are highly recommended – Key West is flat and bike-friendly. Where to Stay Old Town – Walkable to Duval Street, restaurants, and nightlife.
