When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please aim to arrive at the Abbey by 1.30pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to our venue’s capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes - we love our little people! Kids will be named on the invitation. As with plus ones, we are unable to accommodate any additional guests other than those named on the invitation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to the sporadic nature of the accommodation we do not have official transport to the ceremony however if you do need help with this, please let us know where you are staying and we can do our best to help with any questions. We intend to provide transport from the Abbey to the reception and home at the end of the evening, if needed.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course. Let us know and we will do our best to accommodate with the caterers.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is ample parking at the Abbey and at Tenuta Di Papena, for those driving.
