FAQs

If you have any other questions that are not listed here, please reach out to either the bride and groom or the maid of honor/best man. We would be happy to answer any of your questions.
Question

Are kids able to attend?

Answer

As much as we love all your kiddos and would love to see them, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers and our choice to social distance our guests. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the moment with us.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a guest?

Answer

Due to restricted numbers of our venue and social distancing guidelines, we unfortunately can not allow anymore individuals then those who were initially invited. If you were allotted a guest on your invite please bring them, if not then unfortunately we just want to see your face! If you are unsure if you have a guest with your invite please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom.

Question

What is an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

As much as we love all your photos and videos. We would love to see your faces not your devices! We are requesting that you sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful moment with us. So with that, please put away your camera and devices until after the ceremony. Reception is fair game! (plus our photographers are awesome and love to share)

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Semi-formal is fine with us!

Question

How do I view photos from the wedding?

Answer

Once our photographers are done editing our photos, we will be provided with a special link to share with all the guests to view the photos.

Question

What is being done to ensure safety given COVID?

Answer

Steven and I made the tough decision to shorten our wedding down so that we could try our hardest to social distance and protect our guests. The wedding will only include 60 guests, who will be seated a safe distance apart. For the reception, the tables will be the CDC recommended guideline of 6 ft apart and there will not be anymore then 7 to a table. Unfortunately, there will limited open dancing available due to these restrictions we have placed. Guests will be required to be temperature checked upon arrival and the venue will ensure all their staff is temperature checked as well and will be wearing masks. Hand sanitizer will also be provided throughout the entire venue at multiple stations. You are welcome to wear a mask if you feel comfortable but it is not required. We do ask however if you are experiencing any symptoms to please stay home, we have a lot of older family members we would like to keep safe. We thank you for understanding as we all navigate this weird time together.

Question

Why is the wedding so short?

Answer

Steven and I thought long and hard about the best choices to keep our friends and family safe during this unforeseen time. Due to that, we have made a lot of difficult decisions and adjustments to the wedding, hence the shortened time. We hope you understand and know we want what is at everyone’s best interest. Due to our decisions there will be limited open dancing for guests at the wedding. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
