Things To Do

We're thrilled to share with you a few (maybe more than a few...) of our favourite restaurants, wineries and things to do around the Penticton area, and the Naramata and Skaha Benches!

Penticton Farmers’ Market

100 Main Street, Penticton, BC V2A 5A5, Canada

A true Penticton staple. The Penticton Farmers' Market runs on Saturdays from 8:30AM - 1:00PM and has a a large variety of local vendors. Plan to be there early for the best produce!

Coyote Cruises

215 Riverside Drive, Penticton, BC V2A 8M2, Canada
, +1 250-486-5755

Coyote Cruises is the place to rent a tube and float along the Penticton channel and is an awesome way to spend a morning or afternoon, especially with kids! Alternatively, bring your own tube for a free activity!

Top Cat Tours

We highly recommend Top Cat Tours for any wine tours. Let me them know Steven & Carly sent you!

LocoLanding Adventure Park

75 Riverside Drive, Penticton, BC V2A 9A7, Canada
, +1 250-486-0388

Close to Okanagan beach, Loco Landing is a great spot for mini golf, go karts and many other family friendly activities.

Elma

994 Lakeshore Drive West, Penticton, AB V2A 1C1, Canada

This Turkish-inspired restaurant has great food with top notch cocktails and an even better view (it's right on the lake)!

Neighbourhood Brewing

187 Westminster Avenue West, Penticton, BC V2A 1J7, Canada

This might be our favourite craft brewery in Penticton (there are quite a few goods one), and has casual Mexican food. We recommend trying out the tacos!

Wayne & Freda

249 Westminster Avenue West, Penticton, BC V2A 1K1, Canada

Our favourite coffee spot in Penticton, with amazing food and vegetarian options! We recommend grabbing a coffee and any one of their toasts for breakfast.

Bad Tattoo Brewing

169 Estabrook Avenue, Penticton, BC V2A 1G2, Canada

A close second in our books to Neighbourhood Brewing, Bad Tattoo has a great patio, craft beer and pizza.

Naramata Inn

3625 1 Street, Naramata, BC V0H 1N0, Canada

If you're looking for a fancier meal, Naramata Inn should not be missed. While more expensive, this restaurant has amazing food and is located in a beautifully restored heritage inn. Make sure to make a reservation in advance!

Poplar Grove Winery

425 Middle Bench Road North, Penticton, BC V2A 8S5, Canada

This stunning winery overlooks Penticton and Okanagan Lake, and their wines and the restaurant are some of our favourites. Their Pinot Gris, Cab Franc and CSM are household staples.

Lake Breeze Vineyards Tasting Room

930 Sammet Road, Naramata, BC V0H 1N1, Canada

This winery's Patio Restaurant has a fantastic set lunch menu, and the buildings make it feel like you have been transported to Italy. Our personal favourite wines are their Spice Jar and Meritage.

Laughing Stock Vineyards

1548 Naramata Road, Penticton, BC V2A 8T7, Canada

While a bit more on the expensive side, Laughing Stock makes spectacular wine. We often pick up their Blind Trust blend when we want to treat ourselves! Tastings are by appointment only.

Liquidity Wines

4720 Allendale Road, Okanagan Falls, BC V0H 1R2, Canada

We have a wine club membership to Liquidity and it has an unbeatable view of the valley between Okanagan Falls and Oliver - need we say more?

Painted Rock Estate Winery

400 Smythe Drive, Penticton, BC V2A 8W6, Canada

Painted Rock has simply some of the best reds in the Okanagan, and a beautiful tasting room to match. We highly recommend ordering a bottle of their rose (only available at the tasting room!) and staying to enjoy the view of Skaha lake. Make sure to make reservations.

Blue Mountain Vineyard and Cellars

2385 Allendale Road, Okanagan Falls, BC V0H 1R2, Canada

The tasting room for Blue Mountain may be small, but their whites are unbeatable and their reds are very good. We recommend checking out their Brut, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Gamay Noir. Make sure to make reservations.
