You can arrive at the winery any time between 4:30 and 5:00 PM. We ask that you are seated by 5:00 PM, as we plan to start our ceremony at 5:00 PM sharp.
Yes! We have arranged for a 48 passenger shuttle from Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Penticton to See Ya Later Ranch in advance of the ceremony. The shuttle will arrive at the hotel to start loading at 3:45 PM and will depart at 4:10 PM. We will also have shuttles returning from See Ya Later Ranch to Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Penticton after dinner at: 9:30 PM, 10:45 PM, and 12:00 AM.
Yes, there is plenty of parking at See Ya Later Ranch!
We will be having a $3 bar, so please bring cash or card if you plan to be enjoying some beverages.
The dress code for the ceremony and reception is cocktail attire, but make sure you dress for the weather as the wedding is outdoors! Please consider bringing an umbrella for the ceremony (the reception will be covered) in the event of rain. We also recommend not wearing stilettos or other shoes that will sink into the grass.
The envelope of the formal invitation specifies who is invited. However, if you have any questions, especially for the purposes of booking accommodation, please reach out to us!
Kids are welcome at the wedding, however we know that some parents may prefer a kid-free evening! If that's the case, please reach out to us and we would be happy to help arrange babysitting services.

See Ya Later Ranch requires that all attendees be vaccinated. Digital vaccine passport and government issued photo ID will be verified upon entry to the winery.
