The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, with the reception immediately following.

What is the venue like?

Answer

Belle Vinez is just as the name describes - a beautiful vineyard! Both the ceremony and reception will be outside. The ceremony will be in the grass and the reception will occur under a pavilion and on the patio.

Parking?

Answer

A parking lot is available at Belle Vinez. A shuttle will be running between the Country Inn hotel in River Falls and Belle Vinez. We recommend using the shuttle or considering carpooling when possible. All vehicles left at the winery overnight will need to be removed by 11:00am the following day.

What else should we know?

Answer

We believe in making sustainable choices and are making efforts to reduce waste where we can as we plan the big day. Our save the dates and invites are made from recycled paper, leftover food will be donated to shelters, dinnerware and glasses will be compostable, and floral will be reused where able.

We'd love your help in our efforts to reduce waste on wedding day! Here are some ways you can help: carpooling or using the shuttle to/from the venue, recycling or composting where available, and if you choose to bring a gift, consider recyclable gift wrap or reusing gift bags!
