If you are flying into O'Hare:
1) You can rent a car through Enterprise. It will be around $60 a day on average. You can return the car on Sundays. 2) You could take the subway ($9-13) to Crystal Lake, IL (Steven's home town) and use Enterprise to rent a car for about $34 a day. BUT YOU COULD NOT RETURN THE CAR ON SUNDAY - YOU'D HAVE TO WAIT. Take the bus (for about $2) or a taxi (about $10) or Uber to and from the subway drop off to the rental car site. Or walk 47 minutes. Whatever floats your boat.

If you are flying into Milwaukee:
Your best bet is to just rent the car from the airport. There aren't any subway or bus options. Enterprise has a car for $47 a day and you can return it on Sundays.
