What should I wear?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception are Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual. For women, examples include below-the-knee dresses, slip dresses, a dressy skirt and top, or an elegant pantsuit. As for men, a dress shirt and slacks or nice jeans. The ceremony will be held indoors. Weather is variable that time of year, so please check it in advance! You will also be walking on unpaved surfaces so wear appropriate attire.

Where are the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The Ceremony will be held at Lakeside Chapel, 165 Lake Loop Rd., Bottineau, ND 58318. The Reception will follow at The Birchwood Steakhouse, 21 Birchwood Heights Rd S, Bottineau, ND 58318. It is about a 5 minute drive from the chapel.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and reception are indoors with an outside patio.

Is Uber/Lyft or taxi available there?

Answer

Yes, but please schedule a few hours in advance to ensure availability.

I'm an out-of-towner: should I rent a car?

Answer

Yes, for ease and convenience we do recommend renting a car at Minot Airport. Minot Airport is a 1-2hour drive from the venue.
