When should I RSVP by?

Kindly let us know if you’ll be joining us by July 20, 2026. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll take it as a ‘no.’

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Chic meets Cowboy Cool —cocktail attire required (no jeans; khakis & blazer ok). Boots, hats & western flair encouraged! Calling all ladies! We recommend to not wear stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy/dirt areas that you might have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids welcome—just make sure they’re ready to hit the dance floor! Also, there won’t be babysitters on the premises. However, if your little one needs a break from the excitement, there will be a quiet room available to help them relax and recharge.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a gravel parking lot on the property with plenty of parking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We won’t have shuttles running, but Uber and Lyft are available to make getting back to your hotel easy and stress-free.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony be phone- and camera-free so everyone can be fully present in the moment with us. But before and after the ceremony, snap away—we’d love for you to capture the fun!
