Friday Night: Feast, Fun & Play Come in dressy casual — think stylish but playful. (no t-shirts or jeans) This night is all about connecting and enjoying the Western World Activites, so make sure you can move* and play. Comfortable yet elevated is the sweet spot. Evenings can get chilly, PLEASE bring a cozy coat or warm layers to bundle up under the stars. Saturday: Ceremony & Celebration This is your moment to go all out. We invite you to wear your finest — tuxedos, gowns, dressy suits, bowties — whatever makes you feel fabulous! Go all out! Formal Attire, Gowns, Tuxedos! (Formal Suits) (Extended Family: Not renting a Tux? No Worries! Black Pants, White Button-up, Black Bow Tie & Black Suspenders from Amazon. Don't forget a warm coat! ;) LADIES #1 NOTE: We’ll be on a 200-year-old homestead with lush grass and a little wild charm. The ground may be uneven, so block heels or dressy flats are your best friends. As the celebration continues into the night, the desert air becomes significantly colder — a proper coat is not optional, it's a MUST! For your comfort and enjoyment (especially during outdoor moments like stargazing), We kindly ask all guests to Bring a Warm Coat. Wraps and shawls alone won’t be enough to keep the chill away. Think layers: elegant, functional, and cozy — you’ll be glad you did. Ladies: Furs, long coats, parkas, wear more than just "a wrap". ;) The vibe is formal, but still full of joy (and dancing!). Make sure your attire is breathable and movable the dancing might turn into competitive duck duck goose, so make sure your outfit is breathable. ;) Have fun getting dolled up!
Sedona is stunning year-round, but weather can vary! Expect warm days and cool/chilly evenings, especially once the sun dips behind the red rocks. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for after sunset.
Sedona is about a 2-hour drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX). We recommend you fly into Phoenix and rent a car to drive to Sedona. The scenic drive up through the mountains is part of the adventure.
Friday: Guests from out-of-town (outside Sedona) are welcome to drive to the Friday afternoon/evening event. *Out of Arizona guests, please take the shuttles. Shuttles are reserved for use, so please use them. :) We just know some PHX-based friends prefer driving. Saturday: Due to parking constraints, we kindly ask all guests to take the provided guest shuttles to and from the venue.
