FAQs

Please contact either Marianne or Stephen, directly, if the below FAQ do not answer all of your questions. Thank you!
Question

What's the latest update on your wedding?

Answer

We are moving forward with our wedding celebration and have been working closely with the venue to incorporate all necessary safety protocols to keep everyone safe and healthy. Because of ongoing local and state COVID-19 regulations and for the health and safety of ourselves, our guests, and the venue staff, we cannot move forward with all of our invited guests. Accordingly, we made significant cuts to our guest list and have reached out directly to our priority guests. This is obviously not ideal, but we know that everyone will understand the circumstances we are dealing with.

Question

What can I expect the event to be like?

Answer

Seated, socially distanced cocktails and dinner for not more than 30 people total. The dinner will take place outdoors, in the venue's garden area. We are renting a tent, so the event will go forward, rain or shine. Guests must wear a mask at all times, unless seated for cocktail hour and dinner. Hand sanitizer and masks will be available, however, please arrive wearing your own mask! Thank you!

Question

If I have been exposed to someone with COVID or if I am experiencing COVID symptoms in the weeks/days leading up to the event, what should I do?

Answer

We ask that you please be respectful of us, our friends, loved ones, and the venue staff and stay home rather than attend our wedding. Trust us, it is very, very difficult and heartbreaking to have to consider COVID during what is supposed to be a joyful time in our lives. But this is our new realty that we cannot ignore. One of the reasons we were confident in moving forward with our wedding celebration is that we trust our friends and family will be able to celebrate with us responsibly. Part of acting responsibly, however, means recognizing circumstances where it would be best for you to not attend. Thank you for understanding!

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Because of changes to our wedding day plans, please RSVP directly with us, by either text message or phone call. We have significantly reduced our guest list count and so have reached out to our priority guests to provide more details about our wedding day.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While cocktail attire is suggested, we really look forward to celebrating with our guests, so as long as you feel fabulous, we'll be happy to see you. More than anything, however, please wear a mask upon arrival!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Here on our website!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP with us, please let us know if you have any food allergies or preferences (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free).
