Travel
We have elected not to book a hotel block, because the closest affordable hotels to the venue that could accommodate everyone would be a way out of town. Instead, there is a cluster of hotels off of state highway 36 that have limited availability for the weekend. This list links to hotels in that area, and are still relatively close to the venue (no more than 4 miles). We encourage you to look at booking sooner rather than later.
Downtown Stillwater is rife with niche, independent hotels if you want to opt for something nicer and within walking distance. We can recommend the Hotel Crosby or the Lora if you want a higher-end hotel. Below are links to what we believe to be the best options- these are just recommendations, and you are welcome to stay elsewhere.
