There are two Kids Clubs at the Fairmont, which offer fun-filled activities for children ages 5 – 11. Children under 5 can attend the kids club but will have to be accompanied by a parent or a babysitter. 1) Balam Kids Club: located by the main pool in Laguna Area. Open daily from 9:15 AM to 4:45 PM 2) Coati Kids Club: located at the beach area by the Maykana building. Open on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM The Kids Club is complimentary to attend/visit. There are special activities offered at an additional cost (such as making tie dye shirts, DIY stuffed animals, etc), which you can sign up for in advance via concierge or at the Kids Club.

El Pueblito (town square in Mayakoba)

Tour this cute little 'town square' (a replica of a colonial Mexican town) with its own chapel, kiosk, art gallery, stores, arcade and more. Complimentary transportation to El Pueblito is offered on request at the Concierge desk or you can take the bikes (5-7 minutes bike ride). Babysitting Services (Fairmont Employed Nannies)

Fairmont Mayakoba has certified nannies to care for your children while you relax. Please note the following: Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance via concierge, dialing extension 0 from your hotel room, or by calling (984) 206 3000. Minimum service is for two hours. Services after 8:00 PM will incur an additional hourly charge. Hourly rates for babysitting are: - For one or two children over 4 years old: $500 MXN (~$25 USD) per hour. - For three children over 5 years old: $720 MXN per hour. - Note: Children under 4 years old require one babysitter per child (MANDATORY). - Babies under 6 months will require Nurse Services for – $800 MXN per hour. Subject to availability. Payment can be made in local currency at the hotel’s exchange rate of the day when the service is rendered. Booking is required at least 24 hours in advance and will be charged to the guest’s room account. For services of 7 hours or more, a meal is to be provided by the guest for the babysitter. Nannies can care for your child in your hotel room or at the kids club (during hours of operation).

Dining Offers for Kids

Children 5 and under enjoy complimentary dining at our restaurants when accompanied by their parents and ordering from the kids’ buffet or our kids’ menu. Children ages 6-12 enjoy 50% off our regular menu at our restaurants when accompanied by an adult; the 50% off excludes the kids’ menu, the kids’ buffet and pool/beach service.

The Doctor’s Office is located in the Lower Lobby next to Tauro Restaurant. Medical and ambulance services are available 24/7. Please note that these services have an additional cost not included in the room rate. The doctor and ambulance services operate independently from Fairmont Mayakoba. In case of emergency at the hotel, or if you require medical assistance, please call extension “0”.
