There are room blocks at both hotels from Thursday to Sunday, but you are not required to book all three nights, feel free to adjust the dates when selecting your reservation. If the block appears to be sold out, that doesn’t necessarily mean the hotel is full. You can still book directly through the hotel’s reservation page. Thanks!

Shuttle

Trolly Transport from Hotels (Courtyard/Holiday Inn) to Venue

May 31, 2025 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

We’ll be providing shuttle service from both hotels to the venue. To help us coordinate, please indicate in your RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle (Wedding Day Page) — this will help us get an accurate headcount. If you arrive a bit early, no worries — a cocktail bar will be set up at the venue, so feel free to grab a drink, enjoy the music, and settle into the space before the ceremony begins.
