I met Hannah at the academy 4 years ago. She sat in front of me and would use any excuse she could to turn around and talk to me. We were friends for about a year before we started dating. Hannah has become my best friend. She is so sweet and kind and always makes me happy. She is always in a good mood and makes me laugh all day. I can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together.
Stephen Hester
Groom
When I (Hannah) met Stephen in 2019, I didn’t know that my life was going to change forever. Stephen has become my best friend over the last four years. Stephen is kind, helpful, loving, and treats me like a queen. Stephen makes sure I always have fresh flowers and get me coffee on a regular basis. He understand the importance of the little things and makes sure I am taken care of. I am so excited to marry him and share this special day with my friends and family.
Danielle Ford
Maid of Honor
Danielle has known me (Hannah) since fourth grade when we met. We became good friends in eighth grade and have remained close ever since. We navigated the perils of high school together, watched each other grow during college, find our careers, and find our spouses. The reason Danielle is pictured with my dad is because she is thought of in my family as my sister or my parents favorite child. Danielle will always be my dearest friend; I joke that she is Mother Teresa reincarnated. She is selfless, genuine, loyal, and generous. When Danielle isn’t studying for medical school, she enjoys spending time with her husband and going out with her friends. I am so grateful to have her along side me on my special day.
Danny Hester
Best Man
Danny is my younger brother. When we grew up together we had to share a room together. That made us grow up very close to one another. We would always play baseball and basketball on the driveway for hours everyday. We were basically attached at the hip growing up. Danny is very easy going and just goes with the flow.
Vicki Olson
Bridesmaid
Vicki and I (Hannah) met at work in 2020 and became good friends shortly after. We have spent many nights drinking, laughing, and singing together. Vicki is the most proactive and helpful person I know. If you need a cheap plane ticket, she’s got you. You need finding an item on sale, she’s got you. She is my go to girl and has earned the phrase “get yourself a Vicki!” When Vicki isn’t helping others, she spends a lot of time with her friends and her dog Scar. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful person standing by me on my special day.
Michael Hester
Groomsman
Michael is my older brother. I would say Michael is the brother that is most similar to me. We both love the Sox and have been to countless games together. Growing up whenever we had to break up into teams, it was always Michael and I vs. Jimmy and Danny. Michael is married to his wife Kali and they are expecting they’re first child in February.
Amy Lanenga
Bridesmaid
Amy and I (Hannah) met in 2019 at work and have become very close. For a long stretch, Amy and I were partners every day, and I can honestly say there is no one I would rather have been with. Amy is calm, confident, kind, and quietly hilarious. Through those long work nights together, we developed a bond unlike any other. We have laughed together, cried together, and gone through the ups and downs of our personal lives (and careers) together. I am incredibly excited to have her as a bridesmaid.
Jimmy Hester
Groomsman
Jimmy is my oldest brother. Because he was the oldest, he was always responsible for buying us grand theft auto, call of duty and air soft guns so we could all enjoy them together. Because of the age gap, we have gotten closer as we’ve gotten older. Jimmy is married to KC and has three kids, Emily, Dillon and Liam.
Ashley Harrah
Bridesmaid
Ashley and I (Hannah) met at work in 2019 and became friends shortly after. Ashley is one of the spiciest people I know. She has a wickedly funny sense of humor can make me laugh unlike anyone else I know. Ashley has watched Stephen and I’s relationship grow. She was there at the very beginning and we navigated the highs and lows together. She is incredibly loyal, honest, thoughtful, and reliable. When Ashley isn’t at work, she loves to travel and try new foods with her boyfriend. I am so lucky to have her in my life and in my wedding.
Austin Rock
Groomsman
I met Austin during my first year at Western. Austin is very funny and very generous. He was always made sure the fridge was full when we were roommates. After college, we have remained close friends. After we graduated, we both got hired on by the sheriffs office. We enjoy going to Sox games and the movies together.
