Quaint little coffee shop in Olde Town Manassas. Great coffee and hot chocolate, a personal favorite of the Carolla girls. Their pastries are delicious, and they have some sandwich options too.
The 2 Silos is a wonderful place for guests to enjoy! There's both indoor and outdoor seating, they are dog-friendly, they are family friendly, and they offer both snacks and drinks.
If you're arriving a bit earlier on Friday or are a history buff, there's some trails and historic sites you can see at Manassas National Battlefield Park. Apparently they shoot the cannons on the weekend, but the only way to know when and if it's happening Oct 7th-8th is check at the Visitor Center. Either way, it's a lovely park.
If you are Catholic and looking to attend church on Sunday, there are 2 options near Manassas: 1) All Saints is right in Manassas (9300 Stonewall Road) and easily accessible from the hotels or the surrounding area. They have several Mass times as well, but please note that some of the afternoon Masses are in Spanish. 2) If you are looking for a more conservative Mass, you can go to Holy Trinity in Gainesville (8213 Linton Hall Rd). They also have several Mass times but check their site for the exact times!
