Do I need to be fully vaccinated and boosted to attend?

Yes, we ask that all guests be fully vaccinated and boosted prior to attending.

Will there be COVID precautions in place to keep guests safe?

Answer

Yes, definitely! We will be requiring everyone who is eligible– to be fully vaccinated and boosted prior to attending. Luckily the ceremony will be held in a large open outdoor space, but we will still provide masks and hand sanitizer to help keep everyone comfortable. For the reception, the Holiday Inn staff will be taking care of precautions and safety on their end.

Unless your invitation includes a plus one, please do not bring an additional guest, as there will not be accommodations for them.

We recommend booking flights as soon as possible.

Which hotel should I book for my stay?

Answer

We recommend booking a hotel room at the Holiday Inn, as we will have a discounted room block available for guests! If you would rather stay at a different hotel, no worries! Check out the Travel & Lodging page for more details.

When should I book my hotel room?

If you are planning on booking through our room block at the Holiday Inn, please book before June 10, 2022.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, with a tent available in case of inclement weather. Feel free to bring an umbrella, sunglasses, or anything else that will make you more comfortable outside!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, there will only be transportation provided for the wedding party. We recommend a rental car or carpooling with our local guests who will have vehicles. *Please note that the reception is being hosted at the Holiday Inn, so if you are staying there, then you will not have to worry about transportation on the night of the wedding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony, so you have plenty of time to park, walk through the gardens to the ceremony location, and find a good seat!
