What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm but please plan to arrive at Las Palmas around 2:30pm so you can give yourself time to find your seat and get settled in.

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
The dress code is formal. This means men should wear a suit and tie and women should wear long dresses. Las Palmas has some grass walkways so please wear shoes you are comfortable walking in.

Please wear nice, casual attire. No denim.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Because it will be springtime, you can expect the weather in Ojai in May to be warm during the day and much cooler at night. Typically, you'll find temperatures reach a high of 74 degrees and a low of 49 degrees. While the chances of rain during this time of year is low, it's hard to really predict so we recommend keeping an eye on the weather in the week leading up to the wedding and packing accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, if you have a food allergy, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate, as dinner for the wedding will be served family-style.

How do I get to Ojai?

We recommend flying into either LAX, Burbank or Santa Barbara airports and renting a car.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?
Answer
Provided that you are staying in downtown Ojai, we will be providing shuttles to and from the venue where the ceremony and reception will take place. If you are staying downtown, you should be able to easily walk from your hotel to the shuttle pick-up point. Please refer to the pick-up point address below and plan to get there accordingly. If you are beyond walking distance from the pick-up point, you have the option to drive and park nearby. We will also have shuttles at the end of the night to drop you off at the drop-off points below. Pick-up point: The parking lot across the street from The Dutchess restaurant will act as the central pick up and drop-off point. The Dutchess address: 457 E Ojai Ave, Ojai, CA 93023 Pick-up times: Shuttles will begin picking people up at 2:00pm and will continue until 2:45pm. If you miss the last shuttle at 2:45pm then you will have to drive to the venue or risk missing the whole wedding. Drop-off points: -The parking lot across the street from The Dutchess (457 E Ojai Ave, Ojai, CA 93023) -Harvest Moon restaurant if you would like to go to the after party -You should be able to walk back to your hotel from the drop-off point, depending on where you're staying. Cabs are sparse in Ojai but we will have a couple of taxi companies on standby if people would like to call one, and can share contact information during the weekend. Drop-off times: Shuttles will drop people off starting at 8:30pm and will continue drop-offs until 9:45pm.

Can I drive to the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! If you rented a car and are staying at an accommodation outside of downtown Ojai or if you just prefer to drive instead of taking the shuttle, there will be limited space for you to park your car at the venue. Please let Stephanie or Vinny know if you plan on driving so we can make sure you have a spot to park at once you arrive at the venue. If you decide to drive to the wedding, we kindly ask that you drink responsibly throughout the night.
