We do not have a room block reserved so no space is being held at the hotel. Book your stay as soon as possible to guarantee your room at the resort. Resort reservations can be made directly through the resort website or any third party booking agency. We recommend booking through Expedia as they offer a deposit down, pay later option. You may also make a Hyatt rewards account and book through there for cheaper rates. Please reach out to us if you have any questions. Please note that all guests will receive $100 in resort coupons upon check in!

Passport

Because this is international travel, you do need a passport! We recommend getting your passport at least 8 months before travel and ensure it is valid past 6 month of your travel date. If you don't already have a passport, it is a good idea to apply early to be sure you receive it in time for your trip. Passports normally take 4-6 weeks to process.

Flight

Flights to Cancun

All guests will need to fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Again, You may get some good deals on some third party sites such as google flights, Expedia etc. so book early!

What to expect after clearing customs

Once you’ve cleared customs, you’ll enter the arrivals hall which will be packed full of vendors trying to sell you transfer services, rental cars, resort stays, excursions, and more. If you have pre-arranged transportation – walk swiftly by all of these and exit the airport. Don’t get into conversations with people who are offering free trips or meals. These are usually timeshare salespersons and there is no such thing as a free lunch!

Transportation to Hotel

When you exit to the airport, there are LOTS of taxi services available and you may feel overwhelmed. The official transfer services by Amstar, Lomas, USA Transfers, and others will all be located outside when you exit the airport building. We always recommend booking your transfer services in advance as this minimizes your wait time at the airport, and it gets you the best price.
