Sophia and I have been in the same congregation since I was about 11years old and she is definitely the life of the party! She is unapologetically herself, and at the same time will go out of her way to show you she cares. Her and her husband were one of our "go-to" couples when it came to double dating, and they are by far one of the coolest! Her honesty, attention to detail, and great organizational skills, are some of the few reasons why I chose her to be my Maid of Honor.

Roodley's "brother from another mother". Yves has known Roodley since they were children. He is very sound-minded, and Roodley's right-hand man when it comes to everything from girls, to spiritual advice. They are the definition of what best friends should be. He has Roodley's back through thick, and thin, but is not afraid to tell him the hard truths. Not a day goes by that they are not texting, or talking to, each other on the phone. He has shared in many important milestones in Roodley's life, and this one is no exception. #BFFGoals

Adjeah and I have been friends for years. She was one of the first people that tried (and succeeded) in getting me out of the house when I was younger. She is one of the most caring people you will ever meet! For example, the day she graduated she could have easily made the whole day about her, but instead she helped my Fiancee come up with (and execute) an entire proposal. I don't know what I did to deserve a friend like her, a friend who is genuinely happy when her friends are happy, and does her best to make sure they are... Her love for Jehovah, and her friends/family, is something only some can DREAM of having. I am truly blessed to have a friend like her, and I couldn't imagine my big day without her.
Jean Presendieu

I've known Jean since.... well since I was born! Jean is my older brother (only by 2 years), and is one of the bodyguards Roodley had to get past when we first started dating. He is one of the most driven people I know. When he sets a goal you can bet money that we will reach it. Also an accountant, he would give me a heads up in what to expect, and would encourage me when times got tough. Besides the beatings I used to get from him growing up, he turned out to be a pretty awesome big brother. He would give me advice about anything from school to boys, and would tell me everything I needed to know, whether I liked it or not. He definitely made sure I came out tougher than the rest. I wouldn't trade him for the world!
Ashley Dorcine

Ashley is responsible for how Roodley and I met! So yes, she gets a place at the table! Her "push" for Roodley and I to get to know each other is the reason we are getting married! She was there on our first date, and of course has to be there for the big day. I would describe her as being outgoing, funny, and 100% real all the time. She wants everyone around her to have a good time but is not here for the drama. She will check someone so fast, and have them reevaluate their whole life before they can cause drama with her, or any of her friends. She is one of my biggest cheerleaders, and definitely not afraid to speak her mind, which is why I want her to be a part of our special day.
Abigail Etchene

Abi is Adjeah's little sister, and in turn, my little sister! Abi is kind, caring, and.....blatantly honest with everyone she meets! But I love that about her! She's never felt like "my friend's little sister" she just felt like my friend. You can put her in any situation and she will find the humor in it! Despite the age difference, she is very mature for her age and tries to make time to hang with us any chance she gets. Abi is the type of person to call me after work just to say "hi" because she hasn't heard from me in a while. Her and her sister are sweet enough on their own, but being that they are a package deal is sweetness OVERLOAD! I'm so glad Abi is apart of my life and bridal party!!! #LIT
Jonas Presendieu

Jonas is the eldest brother of the three of us with a true heart of gold. The stories I have about him could take days to tell....I have a whole lifetime of memories and they're mainly laughs! Jonas is the older brother that a lot of people wish they had, he was always their to make you smile, no matter how mad I would get at him, I couldn't be mad for long cause he would find a reason to put a smile on my face. He makes it his aim to find the good in every person/situation. I rarely recall a day that would go by where he wouldn't say "I love you Fafane" or try to give me a random bear hug. He is truly one of the sweetest people you will meet, because all he wants to do is make everyone else happy.

As soon as Roodley and Grant met they hit it off instantly! Ever since then they have been the best basketball buddies. Grant took the time to get to know what Roodley liked/disliked, and soon came to the realization that he and Roodley are the SAME person!!!! Aside from being the MOH’s husband, he is also grown to become one of of Roodley’s good friends, teammate, and role model. It’s hard to find good couple friends where both the husbands, and wives, get along.... but in our case we were blessed with Sophia and Grant! Couldn’t have asked for better couple friends!
