Hotel
Please follow the attached link to reserve a room in our block. The last date to reserve a room for the block is Thursday, July 4, 2019. There will be a shuttle service provided to and from Stroudsmoor for our guests. Please check the website closer to the wedding date for details regarding the shuttle service. UPDATED INFORMATION: The shuttle service will be leaving the hotel to bring guests to the venue for the ceremony at 3:45. The shuttles returning to the hotel will begin at 10:15 PM and the last shuttle will leave Stroudsmoor at 12:15 AM. However, the bus will be at our disposal for the entirety of the ceremony, reception, and after party so if you need to return to the hotel at another time, you may use the shuttle at any time it is available.
