What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30, so guests may begin arriving by 4:00.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please send your RSVP card to Stephanie and Patrick by July 10, 2019.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle service to and from Fairfield Inn in Bartonsville (where we have a block of rooms). If you are staying at another hotel or Airbnb in the area, please let Stephanie know so she can arrange for you to be picked up and dropped off by the shuttle.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking right next to the venue, which is Ridgecrest (at Stroudsmoor Country Inn).

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Pending weather, the ceremony will take place outside. If the weather does not permit an outdoor ceremony, the ceremony will take place underneath the pavilion at the Ridgecrest venue. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors.
