How do I reserve a spot on the shuttle?

Answer

To make your shuttle reservation from Dallas or Rockwall hotels, please email mscudder@sbcglobal.net with your name, number of seats, and which hotel you will be departing from.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the White Sparrow Barn?

Answer

Yes! Dallas Shuttles will be departing from the Dallas Hilton Park Cities, Sunday, May 29 at 4:45 p.m. for the wedding and will return after the reception. You do not have to be a hotel guest to catch the shuttle. Rockwall Shuttle will depart from the SpringHill Suites by Marriott and Hilton Rockwall Lakefront ( they are right next to each other ) on Sunday, May 29 at 5:30 p.m. Shuttles will be provided throughout the evening to the Rockwall SpringHill Suites and Hilton Rockwall Lakefront for your convenience. To make your shuttle reservation from Rockwall hotels, please email mscudder@sbcglobal.net with your name, number of seats, and which hotel you will be departing from.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes! If you go to our “Travel” tab on our website, you will find the three different hotels where we have blocked off some rooms for the wedding. We recommend booking sooner rather than later so you can secure a spot. As always, AirBnB is a great alternative to a hotel stay. If you have any issues finding our hotel blocks, please reach out to either Stephanie or Matt.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail / semi- formal attire, please. We want you to be comfortable and excited about what you are wearing, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. ** Keep in mind when deciding which pair of stylish shoes you want to wear, that the majority of the evening will take place outside.
