Flights can be booked closer to the event, there is no need to book at the same time as you book your room accommodations. Most major airlines have direct flights into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please keep in mind that you will need a valid passport to enter Mexico.

If you booked a 3+ night stay, you will see "EVENTS RATES + FREE TRANSFER" on your reservation. Approximately one week before travel you will get an email from the car transportation company, Seasons Tour, where you will send in all flight information. This is FREE and INCLUDED with your booking. This transportation service will cover both travel to and from the resort.
