Question

When should I book my room?

Answer

As soon as possible! The resort begins to become fully booked a year in advance! We recommend reserving a room even if you're not 100% you will be able to attend. You will only be charged a $1 deposit to book your room now. Finest will not charge your card until 30 days out from your visit. If your plans change, then simply cancel the reservation (up until 24 hours from arrival) with no extra fees.

When is the last day to book?

Answer

The last day to book with the discounted rate or make any modifications to your reservation is AUGUST 20, 2025. Any modifications after this date will cancel your current reservation and you will automatically be rebooked at the current resort rates, which may be much higher. Also make sure your card on file has not expired as your card on file will be charged -30 days before your arrival. Your reservation will be canceled if your payment is declined due to your card on file being expired.

Do I have to stay at the resort to come to the wedding?

Yes. We were very thoughtful in deciding what resort we wanted to spend our special day at and hope you find it as enjoyable as we do.

What is the difference between Finest Suites, Finest Club, and Excellence Club Levels?

Answer

Finest Playa Mujeres is a luxury resort with a variety of suite options. Finest Suites are the standard room level where kids and adults are allowed. You can choose from six suite options to best serve your needs. The standard room level includes a private jacuzzi, garment steamer, pillow menu, private balcony or terrace, included wine and liquor, and 24-hour room service. Finest Club is the club level for kids and adults. To view the club level amenities please visit: www.finestresorts.com. The Excellence Club level is for ADULTS ONLY. It has the same club level benefits as Finest Club, except it is adults only. How long should I book my trip for?

Answer

Up to you! It is our wish that our loved ones make this the most memorable experience for them as well. If that means a short three-day trip that is great! If that means a week-long vacation, then even better!

When do I need to RSVP?

Please RSVP as soon as you know you will be able to attend. The deadline to RSVP is August 20th, 2025.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, all wedding events (welcome party, ceremony, reception, and after party) will be ADULTS ONLY (18+). We really want our day to be focused on us. The resort does provide babysitting services for an additional cost. For more information about the resorts babysitting services please call the resort at: +52 998 872 8180.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only, any plus ones were included in your invitation. We are limited in the amount of people that can attend the wedding and have only reserved enough seats for the special people we want to celebrate with us.

What is beach formal attire?

Do I need to tip?

Answer

Your resort fee has built-in tips for the staff, so you are not obligated to tip. However, if you feel your server/bartender/etc. has delivered exceptional service, then absolutely feel free to tip at your discretion.
