Question

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Yes! So that our guests can relax and enjoy our wedding, we will be providing transportation to/from Castle & Key. Please see also additional FAQ for riding the shuttle if you are not staying at the Marriott (the shuttle is for all guests and that FAQ details how/where) Pick up Location - Lexington Marriott City Center Time: 5:00pm Departure Location - Castle & Key Early Departure 9:45 Last Departure: 11:00pm

How far is the wedding venue from the hotel?

Answer

All of the hotels listed are within a few miles of each other so the average drive time is 30 min.

Question

Can I drive to the venue?

Answer

Yes you can, there is parking at the venue and should you have one too many drinks you are welcome to leave your car in the hotel parking lot overnight and retrieve it the next morning.

Do I have to stay at the Lexington Marriott to ride the shuttle?

Answer

No you do not. The lexington Marriott and Residence Inn are located next to each other and are the easiest to stay at to take the shuttle. However you can stay at any other hotel and simply park at either hotel and hop on the shuttle - see the image on the page for a map of the area, there is even a parking garage and you can also see the 21c Museum is right across the street from both the Residence Inn and the Marriott.

What do I do if there are no more rooms available at the wedding rate?

Answer

There are two hotels that have a booking rate: Lexington Marriott Residence Inn If you try the Marriott and there are no more rooms available, then please try the Residence Inn. If both are booked up at the block - Book at the Lexington Marriott at the normal rate and email either John or Stephanie your confirmation and we will work with our contact to get you the discounted rate. If you view the image on this page you will see that both hotels are on the same block so you will be very close to the other guests regardless of where you stay.
