Shuttle

Shuttle from Guest Hotels to the Ceremony/Reception

June 4, 2022 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

A bus shuttle will make two pickups from the Hyatt House at 4pm and 4:40pm on 6/4/22. A second bus will pick up guests from the Courtyard by Mariott, Hilton Garden Inn, the Windgate and the Best Western starting at 4pm. Please make sure to be waiting outside. The bus will start making returns to the Hotel starting at 11pm.

Flight

Albany International Airport, ALB

For those flying in from out of town, Albany international airport may be the easiest option. It is a 1.5 hour drive to the Hyatt House hotel, and may be easier to navigate than JFK or Newark Airport.

New York Stewart International Airport, SWF

For those flying in from out of town, Stewart Airport is the closest airport to the venue (25 minutes from the Hotel block) but may not have the best flight options as it is a smaller airport.

Train

Metro-North Hudson Line (Green Line)

If traveling from NYC without a car, Metro-North can get you close to the Hyatt House Hotel. You can take the Hudson Line towards Poughkeepsie and get off at either Beacon or New Hamburg. You can then either take another train to a bus or an Uber, Lyft or Cab. Ubers/Lyft are not as readily available up here, so be aware of this if traveling later at night.
