Stephanie and Greg were friends of friends. Greg noticed Stephanie was wearing a Chevy t-shirt during a hang session with friends prior to her birthday. Since she had a similar interest in cars, he knew he wanted to get to know her more. Greg was a surprise guest at her birthday party that summer. He showed up on his motorcycle and Stephanie took her first ride on the back of his bike that night. They exchanged phone numbers. The rest is history!

Stephanie and Greg were on a getaway to one of their favorite places, The Lodge at Woodloch. They were talking a walk outside and stopped at the Lotus Labyrinth. The Lotus Labyrinth is a walking path for meditation. One path leads from the outer edge to the center, and another path from the center to the outer edge. Stephanie and Greg started at opposite ends, walking the opposite paths to meet in the center of the Labyrinth. Stephanie built a small rock sculpture at the center of the path while she waited for Greg to reach the center. When Greg arrived at the center of the path, he knelt down next to her and presented her with a ring. Stephanie happily said yes! A special moment, at one of their favorite places.
