Please RSVP by July 15th!
Depends! if you don't mind camping, we will be living in a small village at the venue. This is definitely the best option if you would like to participate in all the activities happening before and after the ceremony. We will be arriving early on Thursday night to set up and enjoy the property, and you are welcome to join as early or as late as you would like! Please book a campsite for Thursday and Friday night through the venues Hipcamp website, otherwise camping on Saturday will be free! If camping is just not your thing, Grants Pass has many hotels and is about 30 minutes away. Additionally, you can find several airbnbs close to where we will be.
The following three meals will be communal: Rehearsal Dinner: This will be a Potluck dinner, so bring a gluten and dairy free dish for everyone to enjoy! Reception Dinner: We will be providing this dinner, please don't forget to RSVP and let us know about your dietary preferences or allergies! Last Day Brunch: We will be reserving a lovely little diner for breakfast to say our goodbyes and commemorate the weekend. Please RSVP so we can make the appropriate reservation! For the rest of your time staying with us, you are welcome to bring your own food and use the full commercial kitchen to cook! Food can be stored in the event fridge walk-in just outside of the kitchen (it looks like a shed). There are also several diners and a grocery store in Cave Junction if you don't want to cook :)
There is a dress code for three events: The Ceremony, The Reception, and the Dance Party (ABBA-themed). Our wedding colors are silver, lavender, sage green, and slate blue. PLEASE NO YELLOW OR CHAMPAGNE AS YOU WILL CLASH WITH THE BRIDE. Floral Meadow Under a Full Moon Theme: Embrace the enchanting magic of a moonlit meadow with flowing dresses and shirts inspired by petals and soft breezes. Choose hues reminiscent of twilight and moonlight—think silvers, blues, lavenders, and soft greens. Incorporate floral or lace details, ethereal fabrics (silk or linen), and whimsical accessories like flower crowns, and delicate headpieces.
Due to our limited budget, only those who we have invited personally are welcome to come. Please contact Steph if you would like to discuss this question further
Although our venue is dog-friendly, we kindly ask that you leave your four-legged friends at home to avoid disrupting any proceedings. (Although we love our dog, he will be enjoying a relaxing stay at a dog hotel during our weekend celebrations)
so many options! river, sauna, showers, kitchen, gift store, forest. We will leave our crafting station set up for Friday and Saturday morning, so feel free to get creative!
