River + Sauna Spa Time

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Our lovely venue has 2 river beaches! One is shallow and great for families with little ones or those wanting a sandy place to sunbathe. The other "beach" has a dock to jump from into clear deep pools in the river. Additionally, for those who just need a little more heat in their lives, there is a lovely round-barrel sauna right next to the outdoor showers. Make sure to rinse off and bring a towel if you plan on sweating!

Official Arrival

12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

If you are camping at Cedar Bloom Farm, please plan on arriving between 12-3 pm to get checked in by the venue staff. We will be free to help you set up as we float between crafting and hanging out :) NOTE: Camping on Friday night needs to be reserved on the venue's website, found in the Travel tab. Saturday night camping is free!

Crafty Time

1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

If you've ever been to our home or spent a prolonged time in our presence, you may have noticed that we are people who tend to do quite a bit of crafting. So it wouldn't be our wedding if we didn't dedicate some time to doing some arts and crafts! Bring your paintbrushes, canvasses, sewing materials, and more! If you have a project you are dying to finish, bring it! If you want to learn how to craft something new, talk to the other crafty folks in our community! The options are endless!!!

Rehearsal Potluck Dinner

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Please bring a dish of your choice to share! We will ask that your dish be made GLUTEN-FREE and DAIRY-FREE to avoid contaminating the groom before his big day. Label the ingredients in your dish to accommodate everyone. There will be a complimentary taco station and beverages provided!

Reception Dinner

6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Floral Meadow Under a Full Moon Theme: Embrace the enchanting magic of a moonlit meadow with flowing dresses inspired by petals and soft breezes. Choose hues reminiscent of twilight and moonlight—think silvers, blues, lavenders, and soft greens. Incorporate floral or lace details, ethereal fabrics, and whimsical accessories like flower crowns, and delicate headpieces.

We will have a fully gluten-free and dairy-free feast! Multiple salads, a delicious stew, and more! Craft beer, cider, and lemonade as drink options.

Dance Party

8:00 pm - 9:30 pm

ABBA-Inspired Attire: Think disco glam with sparkly jumpsuits, bell-bottoms, platform shoes, sequins, metallic fabrics, and dramatic flair, paired with retro hairstyles and bold accessories.

We will be having an ABBA-inspired disco dance party to capture the joy of our celebration. Our wonderful DJ Alli will be cranking out the finest tunes, so don't forget to bring those dance shoes!

After After Party (21+)

9:45 pm - 11:00 pm

Keeping the details minimal, but imagine a tasteful college party outdoors where the guests don't litter and respect one another.
