We're getting married!

We met at Ryan's fraternity's recruitment barbecue and didn't think much of it. But not long after, we took a trip to McDonald's one late weeknight to help Steph procrastinate a huge project (She passed) and ate french fries and talked until 2am. After that night we thought, "Hm. We might be onto something here."

We were in the middle of packing up our apartment to get ready for our big move to Colorado—we were moving in just four days. In need of a serious break from piles of U-Haul boxes and miles of packing tape, Ryan suggested we take Ally for a walk. I had absolutely no idea what was about to happen. The three of us made it just a few blocks before I noticed I was the only one walking. I looked back and he was down on one knee. I gasped, shouted "YES," and we were engaged. We were both wearing gym clothes. It was entirely unpredictable. It was indisputably perfect. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Denver!
