When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP online as soon as you are able to! This will help us with planning and accurate headcounts. We understand if you are not able to attend, please also let us know as soon as you can.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love kids, these are adult-only wedding events.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you rent a car, there will be a limited number of parking spaces at Flora Farms. However, we will also be providing shuttle service.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes there will be a shuttle provided to the wedding event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know. Flora Farms only provides family style meals for wedding events, but we can request a special accommodation for a specific allergy.

Should I rent a car?

Answer

That is your preference. There are many rental car companies available, if you would prefer to have the flexibility of having your own car. However, taxi and Uber are readily available in town. You can arrange for transportation through Cabo Azul or El Encanto concierges. (Please keep in mind - Taxi and Uber can be difficult to hire late at night at El Encanto / Flora Farm areas).
