How many nights are we required to stay?

Answer

Per resort policy, a minimum of three nights is required. Alberto and Stephanie will be staying February 27th - May 4th.

Can I book another hotel or AirBNB?

Answer

Unfortunately no, per policy in order to attend wedding all guests are required to stay at Dreams Bahia Mita Resort & Spa. We look forward to spending extra days with our closest friends and family, and are confident you will love the resort as much as we do! If you are unable to stay at Dreams Bahia Mita. Please reach out to Alberto and Stephanie. Happy to provide more information!

How many guests can stay in each room?

Answer

A maximum of three adults are permitted per room.

How do I book my flight?

Answer

Please book your airfare with the airline of your choice. The airport you will fly into is Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).

Do I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Answer

Yes, you need a passport to enter the US from an international destination. Please ensure your passport does not expire within six months of your trip. (For example, not prior to mid-September 2025).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers. Respectfully, only kids of the wedding party, kids in the wedding party, infants under 12 months are welcome. We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us! If anyone needs help with making arrangements for child care, please let us know and we will do our best to assist. The hotel may be able to provide arrangements.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invite will indicate if you have a plus one; however, for single travelers we recommend coordinating your stay with friends or family as it more cost effective than booking a single occupancy room. We understand that traveling alone may not be ideal for some, so please reach out to use to discuss further.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please let us know so that we may communicate the information to our Wedding Coordinator.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request guests to dress in cocktail attire for the wedding, considering our venue's warm and humid setting. Embrace bright colors, bold prints and lightweight fabrics. As the ceremony will be on grass, please choose footwear accordingly. Ladies, we ask that you refrain from wearing white or terracotta.
