Golf Attire
We are excited to host a competitive and fun wedding weekend golf tournement! This is an optional wedding activity for anyone who want to test themself on Sunday River's fantastic course. If you plan on participating plan on being at Sunday River Thursday night or prior to 8:00/8:30am Friday! The tournament is hosted by Ernie and Sam Whitehouse. If you wish to play please RSVP and let us know if you have specific questions. If you haven't played the course before one tip...bring extra balls!

Mountain Casual
Very Casual! Also, bring a sweater as it gets a bit chilly at night. We will have a shuttle between the hotel and welcome party at the Golf Club if you don't wish to drive. There will be light bites and beverages, we suggest having dinner before hand! This is a great time to mingle and meet people from both sides! We hope to see you there and spend some time chatting and catching up before the big day

Our Ceremony & Reception

Semi-Formal
The ceremony/reception are taking place at The Peak Lodge at Sunday River. It can only be accessed by 'Chondola' (gondola/chairlift hybrid) from the South Ridge Lodge. You should expect the ride to take about 15 minutes! When you are ready to depart the reception at anytime the lift will be running to bring you back down the mountain. Downloading off the mountain will take place starting around 10:15-10:45 To provide more guidance on attire the groomsmen will be wearing suits with bowties, and the bridesmaids long dresses. I also suggest bringing a sweater or jacket for later as well. We don't recommend Tuxedos and gowns as this is not a black tie events. Please be at the Chondola to ride up 2:45-3:30 so you are prepared to start taking your seats by 3:45 in anticipation of a 4:00 ceremony start. Shuttles will be running from The Grand Summit Hotel accordingly between 2:30 and 3:20 so you don't need to drive and your on time arrival is a breeze!
After Party at Camp

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
We will be having a very casual after party after we all come down from the Mountain around 10-10:30pm. So if you are not tired yet, join us and keep the party going. Chances are we will be running to our room to get change in some very causal clothing. No need to RSVP.

Sunday Breakfast

Stephanie and Spencer will be at the common/lobby area and around the breakfast restaurant in the hope of catching as many people as possible before everyone gets on the road. Breakfast is included with your hotel room.
