For our guests opting to fly in, Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) is the closest airport, and just a short drive from downtown. Guests flying in from the New York area and Connecticut, there are several airport options to get you to Savannah with ease! Direct and connecting flights are available from multiple airports: -LaGuardia (LGA) -John F. Kennedy (JFK) -Newark (EWR) -Westchester County Airport (HPN - White Plains, NY) -Bradley International (BDL - Hartford, CT) -Tweed New Haven Airport (HVN - New Haven, CT) *Note: Avelo offers flights only on certain days Once you arrive at SAV, downtown Savannah is just a 20-minute Uber, Lyft, or taxi ride away! Do I need a Rental Car?

One of the things we love most about Savannah is its incredible walkability. While having a car might be convenient if you plan to explore beyond the Historic District, it’s by no means essential. The city’s flat terrain and stunning scenery make it a joy to experience on foot. There may be a few experiences a bit further, if you choose to attend; however, there is plenty of Uber availability.

We have reserved a block of rooms at The Alida Hotel for your convenience. Located in the heart of Savannah, it’s the perfect spot to relax and celebrate with us. Please visit the link provided below to secure your room at a special rate. Please note that the room block is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to make your arrangements as soon as possible. *Please note that this hotel charges a $30 amenity fee per night, upon check-in you will be given a daily voucher that can be used at the bar, which is included in this fee. Transportation to the Wedding Venue The bus transportation to the wedding venue will depart from this location. It’s conveniently situated directly across the street from our other hotel block. Guests staying at other accommodations (not just The Alida) are welcome to ride the bus from here! After Party Location This hotel will also be the site of our after-party celebration. Best Western Savannah Historic District

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Best Western to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Please note, this hotel is our most affordable option and located closest to our wedding transportation/after party aside from the Alida, however, it is located on a main road and can be noisier than the other options. We have been guaranteed that our room block will be on the backside of the building, but there is no guarantee it will be sound proof. This block is available at a special rate for our wedding guests. Rooms are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to book early! Please also note, this hotel is ideally located a 2-minute walk to our wedding bus transportation, which will be at the Alida Hotel.

Shuttle

Shuttle Bus to Red Gate Farms

A shuttle bus will depart from The Alida Hotel to provide round-trip transportation to the wedding. All wedding guests are welcome to use the shuttle, regardless of where they are staying—it’s not limited to guests of The Alida. For added convenience, The Alida is just a two-minute walk from the Best Western hotel block. If you prefer to drive, parking will also be available at the venue.
