Our Story
Josh and Stella matched on Hinge in March 2021; Stella's dating pic of radish in her purse sealed the deal. Two weeks after their Covid-19 vaccine, they met at Five Horses Tavern in Somerville, MA. One of two couples at the bar on a Monday night (and the eve of Stella's birthday) they talked for hours.
Successive early dates found them paddling in Stella's kayak, sharing ice cream on park benches, and decamping to the Berkshires for their first of many shared long weekend adventures.
The couple remained committed after Josh moved to New York and Stella remained in Boston. They were Amtrak regulars and frequent flyers, with travels taking them from Maine to Hawaii and much in between. A year and a half after splitting their time between two cities, Stella moved so they could begin to build a home together.
The next chapter began in 2024 - Josh proposed on a trip to AZ and Stella said yes! The two look forward to the many more adventures to come.

Skiing! we have gone skiing at least 14 days together since we started dating. It has become one of our favorite things to do together. We've been to New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Colorado
