The resort that we are staying at is the Barcelo Maya Palace in Riviera Maya, Mexico. I was unable to get a room block at the Riviera (adult only) resort. If you would prefer to stay at that location please contact our travel agent to book that separately. Our dates of travel are March 7-March 14, 2024 and the wedding will be on March 9th, 2024. You can choose any dates that would work best for you. Please reach out to our dedicated travel advisor, Alorea Chodoba to reserve a room. A $100 per person deposit is required to secure a reservation. The final full payment for the room is due by December 15, 2023 Once your deposit has been submitted, you will receive an invoice via email with the room rates from Alorea, Find pricing on the link below. You may book your own flights, or the travel agent can book them for you! Flights can be added to your package and are due in full at time of booking. With this package the travel agent is only able to book Delta flights. If you are booking flights yourself, please send the travel agent your flight numbers and arrival times so that she can arrange transfers.
