Travel + Charter Bus Info

***Important Information*** Uber will not be available around our venue. You can either RSVP for a spot on our charter bus or drive yourself to the venue (see below for more information). We have hotel blocks with the AC Hotel Asheville Downtown and the Hampton Inn - Asheville Tunnel Road. These two hotels will be the pick-up locations for the charter buses that can take you to and from the venue. The bus will pick you up promptly at 3:10pm. The venue is about 30 minutes from Asheville. YOU WILL NEED TO RSVP FOR A SPOT ON THE BUS (you can do that by answering the questions on our RSVP page). If you prefer (or if you miss the charter bus), you can drive to the venue yourself. There is plenty of parking at the venue. You're more than welcome to stay in another hotel or Airbnb and Uber to one of the charter bus pick-up locations as long as you RSVP for a spot on the bus.

We have a group block for this hotel. This is one of the pick-up locations for the charter bus. The bus will pick you up promptly at 3:10pm. If you miss the bus, you will have to drive yourself to the venue as there are no Ubers around the venue. If you'd prefer to call the hotel to make the reservation, tell them you're with the Stegemoller/Miller wedding group. They will let you know if there are any more rooms available in our block. This special rate is only valid until Wednesday, April 9th, 2025.

We have a group block for this hotel. This is one of the pick-up locations for the charter bus. The bus will pick you up promptly at 3:10pm. If you miss the bus, you will have to drive yourself to the venue as there are no Ubers around the venue. If you prefer to call the hotel to make a reservation, tell them you're with the Stegemoller/Miller wedding. Discount code is 91H. They will let you know if there are any more rooms in our block. The special rate is only valid until midnight on Thursday, April 17th, 2025.
