Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have charter buses to take you to and from the venue. The pick up locations are the AC Hotel Asheville Downtown (10 Broadway Street) and the Hampton Inn Asheville (204 Tunnel Road). You must RSVP for a spot on the bus. The venue is about 30 minutes from downtown Asheville. There is plenty of parking at the venue if you want to drive yourself.

What time will the charter bus pick me up from the AC Hotel or Hampton Inn?

Answer

The bus will pick up guests promptly at 3:10p. The bus will usually idle about 15-20 min prior, but will leave promptly at 3:10p. There is only one pick up time so if you miss the bus, you will need to find other transportation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail or black-tie attire. You decide!

Will your ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception are indoors, while cocktail hour is outdoor.

Yes, we have hotel blocks at the AC Hotel in downtown Asheville and the Hampton Inn on Tunnel Road. More information is available in the "Travel" section of the website.
