We have booked a Mini Bus for transportation to and from the venue. The Mini Bus Seats 40 people and will arrive to the Best Western Inn in Placerville at 4:30pm. The Bus will depart at 4:45pm to make sure it gets our guests to the venue by 5:05pm for Early Cocktail hour (Cocktail Open Bar is from 5:00pm - 5:30pm before the ceremony). The Mini Bus will arrive at 11:00 PM to the Wedding Venue. The Mini Bus will depart the venue at 11:15 and should arrive to the Best Western Inn in Placerville around 11:35pm.
