Be sure to try Sarah & Stefano’s favorite combo, cioccolato & mandorla, and don’t forget to get brioche on the side. Pro tip: ask for the coffee after the granita! 2. Tavola Calda – aka Sicilian fast food. You’ll find these in “bars” scattered across the island. Some of our favorites are arancini (the classic flavor is ragù), pizzette, and cartocciate.
