The closest airport to our wedding location is CTA. From here you can access the whole eastern side of the island (Taormina, Siracusa, Noto, Etna, etc.)
Renting a car is highly recommended for exploring Sicily’s beautiful towns and beaches at your own pace and it’s also the easiest way to reach the wedding venue. We recommend the website DiscoverCars.com to find the best deals. It is advisable to purchase car rental insurance if you're not already covered by your credit card.
The rehearsal dinner will be in Aci Castello and we recommend you stay in Catania. Please consult the reviews on any booking platform to guide you to the right neighborhood and street. We recommend having a vehicle to get around the city.
There are a limited number of rooms available at the wedding location which can be booked with us on a first-come, first-served basis, see the "Venue" page for more information. Otherwise, we recommend staying in Caltagirone, which is 35 minutes away by car from the wedding venue. Caltagirone is a historic Sicilian city, part of a UNESCO World Heritage site, famous as Italy's "City of Ceramics" due to its ancient pottery tradition.
