Come Stay With Us

We hope that you will consider celebrating the entire weekend with us at the Chalet View. Please note that Graeagle is relatively remote. Most ride-sharing apps and other technological amenities will not be available. Unfortunately, not all of our guests will be able to stay at the lodge so please make your reservations as soon as possible to get the room you love! Due to the limited number of rooms, and the abundance of guests, please try to book a room that appropriately fits the size of your party. If there are 2 of you, please don't book a room that sleeps 4, if that's all that's left, bunk up! We are more than happy to help you if you have any questions.

Flight

Reno-Tahoe International Airport

For our guests flying from out of town, the Reno-Tahoe International Airport will be the easiest and most efficient airport to fly into, with only about a 45 minute drive to Chalet View Lodge. We recommend renting a car for the weekend. Ideally, we’d love if groups of guests joined forces in renting transportation, so talk to friends who are going and try to coordinate if you can!

Directions from Reno-Tahoe Airport to Chalet View Lodge: From the Airport, head west and take the ramp on the left to I-580 North. Keep right at the fork to merge onto I-580 North. Continue onto US-395 North towards Susanville. Take exit 8 at Hallelujah Junction for CA-70 toward Portola/Quincy after about 25 miles on the US-395 N. Turn left at the stop sign onto CA-70 West and continue on for 27 miles. Chalet View Lodge will be on your left after you pass through the small town of Portola, CA.

Chalet View Lodge is a boutique resort and spa located in Graeagle, CA about 65 miles north Tahoe and 50 miles west of Reno. We selected the Chalet specifically for it's ability to accommodate all of our events, plus, no curfew!. The lodge only sleeps 150 guests, so please be mindful of your room occupancy when making your reservations. (i.e. if there are two guests in your party, please reserve a room that sleeps only two guests.) All of the rooms for our wedding weekend have been blocked to the general public and will remain so until 60 days prior to the big day. Whitehawk Ranch Golf Club

The Lodge at Whitehawk offers a variety of cabin rentals in a beautiful relaxing setting. Clio is an approximate 20-minute drive from Chalet View Lodge, keep in mind there are no Ubers or Lyfts in the area. Please only book these accommodations if Chalet View Lodge is completely booked. Blackbird Inn

The Blackbird Inn is part of a historic building that once served as a general store, the local post office and gas station. Now transformed into a cafe and Inn, the Blackbird Inn is in Clio, Ca and is approximately a 15-minute drive from Chalet View Lodge. Please only book these accommodations if Chalet View Lodge is completely booked.
