When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st through this website. Click on the RSVP tab (top right of the page) and type in your first and last name. Follow the prompts and RSVP for the Welcome Celebration, Ceremony & Farewell Brunch.

When should I arrive?

Answer

We would absolutely love to have you arrive on Friday, November 22nd to partake in the welcome festivities and quality time with us! However, the ceremony and reception are on Saturday, November 23rd.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Our ceremony will be outdoors so make sure to wear shoes you feel comfortable walking in on the grass. The weather can also be unpredictable so we recommend wearing a layer to keep you warm.

Where can I eat and drink during my stay?

Answer

Chalet View Lodge has a brewery where you can order food and drinks. The small town of Graeagle also has a couple restaurants. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages to keep in your room. The cabin rooms have their own kitchens and other rooms have a refrigerator and/or microwave. A continental breakfast will be provided each morning at the lodge, and there will be a hot breakfast during Sunday's brunch.

Is the lodge dog friendly?

Answer

You bet it is! There is a $25 fee per night if you have pets in your room. However, we ask that you keep your pup in your room during wedding festivities and events.

What can I do on property at Chalet View Lodge?

Answer

There is so much to do at the venue such as hiking, volleyball, bocce ball, cornhole, fishing, horse shoes, pool & spa, 9-hole golf course and more. However, depending on the weather you may want to choose your activities carefully.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we can only accommodate children in the immediate family and the bridal party. Plus, we thought you might like a night off... oh and did we mention we don't have a curfew! If your child is under 12 months of age, feel free to reach out to Tyler or Stef for more information.
