WHAT IS THE WEDDING DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love for our guests to get dressed up with us! We are requesting Black-Tie optional. Ladies should wear floor-length, tea-length or midi formal dresses. Gentleman should wear a dark suit & tie or a tux. No jeans or light suits please!

Will kids be invited?

Answer

While we love your children, all events throughout the weekend will be adults only. We hope you understand that this choice was made to ensure that everyone can relax and enjoy the celebrations to the fullest, along with obeying the capacity limitations we've secured at each venue.

Where to stay?

Answer

We were able to secure a room block at The Westin. If you have specific loyalty towards a hotel brand or prefer to make your own arrangements, there are numerous wonderful accommodations in the area. Check the travel tab for further recommendations. If you do not plan on staying at The Westin or The Archer, we suggest staying close to the Downtown Napa area for shuttle access and transportation purposes, as the shuttle will pick up from those hotels only. We would also recommend booking as early as possible. Hotels within the area can be very expensive during this time of year as November is considered harvest season and a very popular time in Napa Valley.

How do I get to Sonoma/Napa?

From any of the below airports, we recommend taking an Uber/Lyft, car service or a rental car. CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

How can I get around the area?

Answer

Getting an Uber/Lyft within the downtown area is easy, although if you are heading into the mountains (for a wine tasting, your airbnb, etc.), it is recommended to drive or hire a car service. If you are going anywhere on the valley floor getting an Uber/Lyft shouldn't be a problem. If you are wine tasting, we highly recommend utilizing Ubers/Lyfts. Napa Police are always out and about, so be careful if you plan to drive yourself - have a DD!!

How should I get to the venue?

Answer

We will provide transportation from The Westin and The Archer hotels, located in Downtown Napa, to and from the venue. As it will be challenging to secure an Uber from the venue late at night, if you are not staying near the downtown area, we recommend taking an Uber from the shuttle drop-off to your final destination or getting a car service. If you are driving, there is parking available at the winery. If you are going to Uber or drive to the venue, PLEASE make sure to arrive around 3:30/3:45 so the ceremony can start promptly at 4pm.

Will there be vegan/gluten free options for food?

Answer

Yes, we will have a variety of food options, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes.

Should I make a vacation out of this trip?

Answer
