Welcome Drinks

Wine Country Chic - Cocktail Attire

Please join us for drinks on Thursday night to bring all of our friends and family together to meet and greet before our big day! A portion of the space is outside with fire pits, but we recommend bringing jackets.

Ceremony & Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Black-Tie Optional

The wedding will be indoors and outdoors. As we will be in the heart of fall, the weather will be milder during the day, but will drop significantly at night. We recommend bringing a jacket or shawl. The ceremony will be held in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your shoes! Ladies should wear floor-length, tea-length or midi formal dresses. Gentleman should wear a dark suit & tie or a tux. No jeans or light suits please! Shuttle Pickup Times - There are two separate shuttles. There will be one for each hotel. Westin pickup @ 2:50pm Archer pickup @ 2:50pm Shuttle Departure Times - There will be a shuttle leaving Viansa at 10:15pm to go to both the Westin and the Archer hotels. The other shuttles will depart at 11:30pm and bring to both hotels, as well.

Beer Garden Afternoon

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Casual Attire

Come stop by for a quick hello before or after your Saturday wine tours, or stay and hang out with us for a casual beer garden afternoon! Small bites will be provided. Once the bar minimum is reached, there will be a cash bar.
